Refunds will be given for these reasons ONLY:

 

• A request for cancelation of an order within 24 hours of payment. (As long as package has not been shipped.) 

• The item received was damaged upon arrival.*

• Order has exceeded the promised shipping period of 5 business days without being in USPS possession. (Please note: 15 business days for Jewelry from Khai's Korner.)

• The item received is misspelled and is not an EXACT match to your description in the "custom section" during checkout.

• The item received is significantly different from the item purchased (Ex. Different outfit, different color)

We reserve the right to refuse a refund of items when they do not meet the conditions outlined above.

In the event of an incorrect or defective item please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order at theebabybliss@gmail.com. Please include the following: Full Name, Order Number, your claim, and a photo of the item that is incorrect or defective. Once we receive the required information, we will send an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If more information is needed, this will be explained in email. If you are approved, then your refund will begin processing immediately.

 

Please note that refunds will NOT be given on packages for which the customer has provided an incorrect address.

Once your package is in the possession of USPS, the Official Baby Bliss Boutique is no longer responsible for this package.
